雪域家园画作是袁氏雪域风情画风。这一画风的特点突出表现为:其一,画作具有深厚的文化内涵。作为雪域风情这一绘画素材并不是简单地把山川的原貌搬上画面,而是通过明朗的构图和鲜活的笔触表现出人与自然和谐相处,以及向往心灵的至高、至纯、至真的境界,传达出画面外的文化内涵和底蕴;其二,画面内容丰富,含量很大。袁树令以其独有的融会贯通能力将西藏雪域风情中的神山、圣水、蓝天、白云、碉楼、经幡、苍松、牦牛等一系列景物有机地组合在一个画面里,浓缩了雪域风情所涵盖的诸多元素,给人以视觉上丰富多彩、美不胜收的感受。他对这一题材的组合、嫁接和改造的过程,也是对这一题材领域所独有的艺术创造和艺术表现逐步形成个性的过程,显得十分珍贵;其三,笔墨表现上有了新突破。既然是新的绘画题材,就没有现成的技法可用。他将以往多年来在冰雪山水画、传统山水画、花鸟画实践探索中积累的技法和创作手段加以改造和重新组合,运用到这一新的绘画题材中,同时,大胆地运用色彩及水墨表现手段营造出鲜明而独特的画风。雪域家园创作者袁树令先生于2007元4月捐赠《梦游天姥吟留别》等两幅画作一幅书法给人民大会堂收藏。

He transformed and recombined the techniques and creative means accumulated in the practice and exploration of ice and snow landscape painting, traditional landscape painting and flower and bird painting in the past years, and applied them to this new painting theme. At the same time, he boldly used the means of color and ink expression to create a distinctive and unique painting style.
